Having over a decade of experience in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra, and Sound Healing, I am dedicated to offering more than just physical practice. 

 

My sessions focus on mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being. I believe that true wellness stems from harmonising all these aspects, and my teaching reflects my holistic approach. I strive to make every session engaging and enjoyable while creating a foundation for a healthier, more mindful lifestyle.
